JUDY'S CHICKEN SALAD march

JUDY'S CHICKEN SALAD

Cook 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
Add salt to the water when boiling.

Drain and chop cooked chicken into small cubes
Add 1/4 cup of pickles (I prefer sweet pickles)
 2 Tbs. of mustard
1 cup of salad dressing mayo.
1/4 cup chopped celery- optional
2 boiled eggs chopped- optional

Mix well and chill.

This makes a large amount of chicken salad. Perfect for a gathering or pot luck dinner.
